Classes
The HypnoBirthing course is split into five classes which last two and a half hours each. This gives adequate time in between classes to digest and practise the information and techniques you will have learned in class. It also gives you the chance to bring up any questions/issues you may have so that you can bring them up at the following class.
Because all families lead different lifestyle re; work etc, it may be better suited for you to have your classes over a shorter period of time. If this is the case then we can work out together what would be best suited to you. Of course you will get the same hours of classes, just condensed into fewer sessions.
I normally teach couples on a one to one basis in their own home but if you prefer, then you are welcome to have your classes in my house.
The cost of the course is £250. This includes:

- Class handouts
- DVD's shown in class
- A complimentary class closer to you due date, if you feel you need it.
- Telephone support if needed
A payment plan can be set up for you if it is easier. Money should not come between you and your birth experience!
